Submitting a Housing Application

SUTD Students

To log in, use your SUTD ID and password that you use to log into campus wifi.
Please read through the information at the relevant web pages below before submitting your application:

• Freshmores (Terms 1 to 3 from AY2026): https://www.sutd.edu.sg/campus-life/housing/freshmore/. As it is compulsory for you to stay on campus for Terms 1 to 3, you need not apply. However, please login during the housing acceptance window (refer to table below) to accept the housing offer and complete the lifestyle questions after completing OMEx registration.

• All new incoming students: except for students applying from a location in the EU (European Union), Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway, all other new students must complete OMEx before applying for housing.
   

SUTD Staff

• Eligibility: international SUTD faculty/researchers who are non-Singapore Permanent Residents
• If you are a new incoming staff member who has not yet been provided with an SUTD account, you need to first register for an account in order to apply for housing.
• If you are a current staff member intending to apply for housing, you should only do so via login to EASE with your SUTD account. Do not register for another account.
• There are currently limited vacancies.
• Applications will be processed up to 2 months before the intended check-in date. Do not apply more than 2 months in advance, as we will not be able to advise on availability too far in advance and your application will be closed off.

• Your application should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your intended move-in date.
   

Visiting Staff / Students

• Visiting students: currently no vacancies; do not apply. Vacancies may be possible from late May to early Aug, to be advised/confirmed from early May onwards after the current SUTD housing exercise.
• Non-student visitors: limited vacancies. Please enquire via ecchousing@sutd.edu.sg before submitting an application.
• Non-student visitors: please read the information at http://sutd.edu.sg/Campus-Life/Housing/Visitor carefully before submitting your application.
• All visitor applications must fulfill the following in order to be considered * Submitted at least 2 weeks before your intended check-in date * You have must obtained Training Employment Pass (TEP) In-Principle Approval from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore, unless a TEP is not required. Please check with your host department before submitting a housing application.
